Do I need a new phone number?
No. JustCallMe calls the phone you already have. Verify it once during onboarding.
What do I install?
A small SKILL.md file that tells your agent how to ask through JustCallMe. Install it in your agent's personal skill directory. Existing shell and HTTPS access are required.
How are minutes counted?
Only connected time counts, rounded up to the next 10 seconds. A 25-second answer uses 30 seconds. Each call is capped at two minutes, so most decisions use well under one.
What happens if I don't answer?
Your task stays paused. Unanswered calls cost nothing. Your agent can retrieve the same request later without creating a second call.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the dashboard. Top-up minutes never expire and are used after your monthly minutes run out.
Is the sandbox a real phone call?
The sandbox simulates the decision loop with an on-screen answer. It never dials a phone or takes a payment. Live calling is awaiting provider configuration and end-to-end verification.
The work can wait for a decision.
